I am looking for an audio deck that has a good Ipod interface, and good sound quality. I doubt I will add too much more to my sound system, I MIGHT upgrade the speakers, but most likely not. Budget is around $300, and I have a cupon to this online store.

Any insight would be wonderful -- I have no idea what most of this stuff means. Leaning towards the JVC for now. Thanks for your help!

Wont let me post links, so I posted the specs here. Leaning towards the JVC due to the reviews saying the display/navigation is easier.

I went with the JVC when faced with this decision last year. The fact that it's newer, faster, has front AUX /USB ports and the ability to change the backlighting to ANY COLOR you want and not be stuck with that god-awful bright blue is what won me over. And it's just a better unit from an interface standpoint, JVC got a lot of things right here. From an SQ standpoint, I'd be willing to bet the Pioneer has the edge. Is it noticeable to the average Joe? Probably not. You can always add an external amp later if you need a little more juice...
