My name is Pat and am living in Phoenix. The DVD player won't play anymore in my Kenwood P-NAV617. I have a "warranty" and both the "warranty" and the unit was purchased from CartronixPlus. Their phone has been disconnected and their email is an auto response. Does anyone know how to get a hold of them. The unit shows that it's reading disc, but never starts.
