I am currently unaware of what setup I want to do using this amp. I was going to do 4 8-inch audioque SD's, but I am unsure of my decision now. I need to look around and see what subs I could use that would be good for competing but be efficient for this amp. Any suggestions? 1 ohm or 2 ohm load is fine.

it seems to depend on the amp.

my kx wont do a 1 ohm load (.7). even with voltage only dropping to 13V it would kick into protect when turning up the volume.

but others have gotten them to play just fine on 1 ohm. i would ask the original owner if he ever tried running it at 1 ohm.
