New amp or tune?

I'm running a JL Audio 900/5 (500W RMS) to a JL Audio 10W3V2 10" sub (300W RMS) in a sealed enclosure. I'm looking for more bass. DS18 recommend ZR 10" sub (700W RMS) in the same enclosure. Can I use the same amp? If so, do I need a re-tune?

If you toss the specs for the subs and the box up here, the groupthink here will get you sorted pretty quickly.
