New Amp, no sound, HELP

Just got my Hifonics amp in and got it all hooked up and no sound comes out of the subs. The amp does power on though.

I think i have it wired like this:

i hooked it up that way a week or two ago because i had a 2ch amp, but the wiring is the same.

the amp is the Hifonics 1606d mono, so it has 2 pos and 2 neg outputs. The subs are dvc 2 ohm.

I've tried it with both the pos and both the neg hooked to each speaker and then i tried it like thewiring above only using 1 pos and 1 neg output.

turn all the settings on the hu to zero and then slowly turn up the gain on the amp,see if that works
