New amp and tweeters for SQ

I'm looking for a new amp and a new pair of tweeters to keep up with my subs for better SQ. Here's a look at my setup: (In a 97 convertible camaro)

Head unit: Pioneer Premier DEH-P330

Front Speakers:Eclipse 8253 5 1/4 co-axial

Rear Speakers:Eclipse 82641 6 1/2 2-way co-axial

Tweeters: E-power titanium (pieces of s*** i got off ebay for 12 bucks in a dutch auction)

Amp: Punch 250a2

Subs: 2 JL 10W0-8's

I was looking at a Kicker 300.4 amp for my front and rear speakers and I'm still not sure what to get for tweets but i will end up hooking them up to my head unit and not an amp so i need some good quality but not very expensive tweeters.

dude pioneer tweets i had mine for about a year and they said they oinly hold around 120 max but i had them things screaming at 150 watts each go with poineer
