New alternator? 2nd battery? Need advice

So pretty soon I'll be finishing up my system, and once all is said and done I'll be running...

2 JL 12w6 subs

2 JL 500/1 amps, one to each sub

JL 300/4 for speakers

I've talked to a few car places and they recommended a high output alternator, but I've also heard of adding a second battery. Which is the best route to go? Thanks.

do the big 3. and possibly a second battery, and then ho alt if needed.
