Neon Lights

I bought 4 neon lights and a music interface for them so they will dance to my music. I have every thing hooked up but I cant figure out how to get only 12v of power form my battery, instead of 14.4v.

either hard wire them to a switch and then to something that is "hot" with the key on or just plug them in to a cig lighter

There should be a power inverted included with the lights...
