hi all! im new to this and i like to ask everyone who can help me out

i have a 5 channel alpine v12 class t amplifier! its a beaut or so i thought til when i connected it one day it was running on protection. its ok sometimes and all the lights go green. power, music, protection are all green

the story goes.

when you pump the music up just a little the amp cuts out completely.

im running 2 alpine type s subs. im using a 4 gauge positive wire from the battery and 4 gauge for ground. No matter what happens the amp cuts out. can someone please help me.

i will reply quickly for you guys.

thanks heaps!

oh i might check it out but im pretty sure its fine. I checked it out a while ago when i got my battery changed to a new one. the guy checked the alternator and he said its fine. unless im wrong about what your saying.

would a capacitor work?? its just when the volumes are hitting moderate to high that the amp cuts out. its a good amp i hear so i cant see how its in protection!
