Needing a sub amp

I'm looking for an amp for the IA Flatlyne I'll be running this year in my sq rig. I'm wanting something that will do around 700-1000 at 2 ohm. This amp should be on the nicer side and not looking to spend over 300, the lower the cost, the better. The amps I have been considering as of recently are the Hertz EP1d, and the Soundstream Ref1.1000

I looked into the PPI, for $160 I can get a Hertz EP1D used on ebay though, so I am looking for a decently big step up in quality to justify paying more than that lol. I'm sure you understand. The internet price fiends strike again.
