Need to know how to install a h/u

its hard to tell with out the specifics but what you'll probably need is the following: wiring harness (can get at wal-mart)...mounting kit (also at wal-mart) and some wirestrippers / cutters. When you get all that you need to tear apart your dash (carefully) a flat screwdriver with the tip wrapped once or twice in electrical tape works nice to pry things apear w/o hurting the interior. Pop the hood and remove the POS (red) terminal from the battery. Back inside, take the screws out from around the H/U to loosen your factory stereo or cd player. Pull it out and unplug the wire harness and antenna plug. Open the mounting kit and install it on the H/U then hook up the wire harness. If you havn't run your RCA's (if you have an amp) now is a good time. Plug in the RCA(s), wire harness and antenna plug. Place all the wires and such in first and carfully put your new H/U in then screw it in place. connect the POS terminal and start 'er up

Of course you meant to say pop the NEG (ground) side off the battery. It's much safer since if the wrench touches the chassis you won't weld big-ass sparks and melt stuff.
