Need suggestions for very first system, lookin for 10"'s

I'm looking for some good 10"'s in a sealed box, who has some good suggestions for me? My price range is ~ 200 or less, depending on the quality of the speakers 200ish is the most i really wanna go. I also prefer to have them enclosed already so that i know the box will be optimal for the speakers.

I'm a noob at all this so i'm not sure what the good stuff is. I'm hoping to find a sweet deal on some good subs at a great price. Help a fella out?

got the woofers and an amp but no box 350 shipped 2 fosgate dvc 10s 400 watts rms each and a massive nano n2 800 watts rms at 1 ohm

^^^^ not a bad choice, and there are plenty of people around here that can do the box design for you (including myself) that will be exactly to your needs.

you could also look into getting a pair of ssa dcon 10s and either a n2 as listed above or an aq750

What vehicle is your proposed system going into? Where in the vehicle is the enclosure going to reside? What do you want it to do? Is there another system you heard that you want to match or beat in terms of performance? If so, what kind, size and quantity of subs did that vehicle have? How large was the enclosure they were in? What did it do well and what did it **** at that you want yours to do better?

Without knowing this kind of information, nobody can answer you with a recommendation that holds ANY weight. People start rattling off what they have in their closet or the speaker they like the most because it looks pretty or awesome or power-hungry etc.

Hope you recognize the significance of that information. Without it, it's like you asking what motor you need to do 10 second flat 1/4 mile times. Uh......a Sonny Leonard 810 cubic inch, 14:71 blown big block with 22 angle ground intake valves and 13 angle ground exhaust valves, 0.995" lift cams................see where I'm going? We had no idea the motor you're asking for is going on a go-kart with 3" wide off road tires and that the drive system is a peg-leg. Or that maybe it was going in an 85 Mustang in a 10.5 wide class. Every bit of information changes what sub or subs would do the job best.

Sorry everyone i posted this and went to bed hoping to get some replies. Ye i effed up not saying what i wanted out of them, i was in a rush so it slipped ma mind.

I listen to half rock/metal and half hip hop. I'm all about SQ and less about the giant rumble that drowns out the music so all you can hear is the bass. So my idea is getting 2 10" subs in a sealed box. I haven't heard any systems of this type, only 3 of the opposite type, really loud and kinda annoying after about 2 minutes imo.

The system will go into an 07 Honda Civic, i'm assuming im putting the box in the only obvious place - the back of the trunk close to the seats. I have the stock radio, and don't plan on getting a custom head unit.

I wanna see some good quality sub suggestions, with a price range under (OR REALLY CLOSE TO) 200$. I don't know the good brands/models/series or anything so thats what I need help with. If the subs are already enclosed in a sealed box then you get omega double bonus internet reps.
