So I had a pair of CDT 6.5" Comps and absolutely loved them but they just blew out. I have a feeling it had to do with my JL 300/2. Not a huge fan of the amp but I liked how clean it was. Now I need a new set of comps and I would like to get a new 4 channel amp.

In short I have about $200-$250 for an amp.
Now, since my CDTs blew out I need to replace them. I was hoping for something that had some midbass this time. I was thinking about the PG RSD since it seems like everyone is a fan of them. I'd like to fiberglass another set of comps in my door so I can run a set of 6.5 and a set 5.25. I have about $250 total to spend on new speakers.
Any suggestions are appreciated since i'm currently shopping it out and I have some time. Thanks
