Need some help please on a OPEN cab Sub

Sicne my subs will not be on the inside of a CAB Ie Picture a jeep no doors no top..

Currently in that jeep I have a RE HC 15 on a JBL 1200.1 and it works very well in a 4 foot ported to 30hz box...

No I have my boat to throw a sub in.. I am pretty sure I am going to run a RE SX 12 or 15 depedning on the room I have, but I need to know are there any other subs that ported are louder??

I want SQL..... At party cove ( place where 400 boats tie up ) I need loud subs and clear speakers..

Anyone know anythign about these? Phoenix Gold Xenon X12D4??

They would look nice in a show setup..

I don't think you need anything fancy on a boat, so I would go with 1 12" phoenix. Give it a nice amp and you got a setup. I never did anything on a boat but pretty sure electrical system there is stable couse of all the accesories. Make sure the alternator output on there is at least 60 and give the sub about 800 rms. Good, loud speakers are infinites perfect (not so great for a car but will work for a boat) there many out there use search here or read up. Build a ported box for it it will make it loud as hell.

Or buy my beast of a sub alpine type X give it 1200 rms, put it in sealed and u will be amazed how low it can hit. Good luck anyway.

wrong you do need nice on a boat because you have to get louder then in a car due to the fact that is all open area...

You could just buy a nice PA system.
