Make sure the alternator output on there is at least 60 and give the sub about 800 rms. Good, loud speakers are infinites perfect (not so great for a car but will work for a boat) there many out there use search here or read up. Build a ported box for it it will make it loud as hell.Or buy my beast of a sub alpine type X give it 1200 rms, put it in sealed and u will be amazed how low it can hit.
