need some help/opinions on choice of subs..

So i have a choice of subs to choose from and i was hoping some of you guys on here could help me out... which is better: 2 10" Alpine Type-R's in a custom box or 2 12' Memphis PR's in a Probox?? help me out please.

Im not familiar with AP subs, so i cant compare their merit against Memphis/Alpine

Why a probox? Do you already have the probox?

all of this would be happening in a trade a friend has to twelves(memphis PRs) in a Probox and he was willing to trade for my 2 10" type R's. so to answer your question, yes i would have a probox. And someone else said he has some audiopipe 12's in a custom box that he would trade with me so i was just asking for feedback about which set-up i should go with.
