need some help on precision ports

the outer flare is bigger than the inner one too, for mounting.

this also lets you get the ports out to change to a higher tuning for comps

yup, i usually trace the inner flare out and then cut a tad bit smaller than that and thrust the port in :-D

Tuning to 28hz with aeros is just not easy, or cheap. I'd personally just do a slot port and roundover the edges, or kerf it.
