Okay so right now I have a 15 svc hooked up to a kicker 1000.1 with a DMM reading at 56.7

I'm waiting on a hifonics BRX 2000.1 and will have two 15 svc hooked up. From what I have read online I assume I want to hook up the subs in parallel.

What I cant figure out is what should my DMM readings be?

Should they be ..

1600 watts at 1 Ohm =DMM 40

2000 watts at 1 Ohm =DMM 44.72

subwoofer specs:

15 inch

RMS 800

4 Ohm

That'll get you a 2-ohm load.
