What a terrible job by that police department......you can tell the guy didnt die instantly, he was incapacitated, maybe even still concious to some point, for the few seconds before he died. You can see him fall back, make some sounds, his arm drops, and you can hear the blood rushing out, then he finally falls limp. I wonder if he felt anything for those few seconds? Probably no more than a hot sensation and ringing, maybe the feeling of his blood rushing out everywhere. That was insane though......
