Need some help and advice!

I'm planning on getting a sound system for my truck. One DD Audio M3a and two DD Audio 3515's. I know I'll news a H/O alternator a dual setup and I was going to do a new starting battery and a battery for the sound system and I think I'll need a isolator. How would I install both batteries, the isolator, and what gauge wire for all that? Hopefully someone can help step by step? I can do the alternator install myself but need help with everything else. Basically the two batteries and isolator. Thanks you if anyone can help.

I dont think that you need to do a dual alt setup for an m3a... wire the batteries in parallel, use 0 ga. wire, and btw, what truck is this going into?

Well I was going to keep my factory alternator and get a H/O one along side it. I have a 2011 GMC Sierra ext cab 5.4 V8.

ya, so you have to buy their dual alt bracket.... just buy the 300 amp spx and you will be just fine no matter what load you run at as long as you have a good battery bank.

see what fits under the hood and then buy a group 31 or two and you will be just fine.

Oh, thanks I didn't know that. So just swap out my factory alternator with a H/O and change my battery and use 0 gauge wire?
