Need recommendations

Okay folks. I have a 2011 VW Golf 2dr hatchback. Just got my false floor built and it raised my floor 2.5". So I don't have as much room as I planned. I want either two 8's or two 10's that can handle 1700-2300 rms a pair. Heres my problem. My max dimensions are:

28 Width x 12 depth x 14 height 2.72^cu.ft external

26.5x10.5x12.5 internal for 2.013^cu.ft before port and sub displacement

I am figuring somewhere between 1.75^cu.ft to 1.6^cu.ft after port displacement.

get a monster 12 that will run on your rub at full tilt and port using an aero port to save a lot of the port area

whats your budget

I'd like to keep my sub budget to about $300

Thats why I am eyeing the S2W8's. Not finding any reviews of them so makes me want them even more.

the b2's i posted would be better sq than the the s2's and the type x splaudio custom sub would still be my pref at 200 shipped. much better sub, hand made with american coil

i would seriously do one nice 12 with 14 inches you have 1.5 of wood and then 12 1/2 of cutout available. average 12 cutout are 11 1/8. so you will have plenty for a 12
and you will be 100 under your budget with those @SPLaudio ; subs. he makes amazing subs and can prob tell you more about it

those type X subs after i make handle serious power while still eff people rave over them. i have people running over 2k per but still do good at 500rms per.
