Need Ported Box Help For 5 12's

I need some help figuring out port length and width for my subs.

5 pheonix gold xs dual voice coil

the biggest dimensions on the box i can go is:

42" wide

35" bottom depth

26" top depth

roughly 18" high but i can go + or - there

The subs require 2.6cubes per sub

4" diameter 7" length being tuned to 33hz

Any help would be appreciated.

also i want to fire the subs upward and port towards the back on the bottom
