need new speakers (6.5 components) any opinions?

Im looking to buy some new 6.5 component speakers in the $150-250 range with atleast 100w rms per speaker. I've been looking at the RF t1652-s or the t2652-s but as I've been reading through the forum alot of you guys seem to not like them so my question is what is better out there according to yall. Im leaving to afghanistan soon so when I get back Im gonna get me a present (some btl's) so I would need a good set of speakers to keep up with the subs. thanks.

The last gen Power series components are extremely nice. At one point the 5.25" models were available on ebay for $99 shipped. That was the best deal in car audio for a while...

i ran the x162s i think that is the model the 2005 type rf 6.5 comps with the monster crossovers

i really was not impressed

pushed them with the type rf amps 2 ch i think model x2
