Need Help

What i the best amp for the price. I need a four channel amp to power some subs.The subs will probably be twelves or fifteens.There will 2 0r 3 of whatever size I chose.I need a good amp for under 150 if possible.If not can you tell what brands are smewhat true to wattage specs
