Need help

So I decided I wanted to get a new head unit and speakers, but I'm not the most knowledgable on speaker systems and head units. My car is an 04 Grand Prix GTP it came with a stock head unit, which is just the 6 cd changer. The speakers in the front don't work the greatest (because of the last owner)

I basically just need some professional help choosing the right speaker and head unit.

I like Polk audio db 6.5" comp sets... Cost about $100 shipped and sound great..

Headunit I'm a kenwood guy due to easy song selection when you have 5000 songs on a usb drive it's very simple to navigate through.

But I would get alittle 2ch to run the comps if you get them, or a 4ch if your replacement back speaker too. If it was my car I don't like speakers behind me. I'd get that comp set up front and a 2ch amp and then babies will be screaming

I have a JVC Double DIN DVD headunit, with the touch screen. I agree that Polk Audio makes nice speakers. However, I would replace all the speakers, and purchase a 4 channel amplifier to power them.
