need help

i got 2 pioneer premeir 3500w 12s and a hifonics 2000w rms amp

a pyramid crossover and an alpine 3/2/1 channel highs amp and an alpine deck

i got them hitting pretty hard just need to make a custom box but dont have the money

im not sure how to set the phase and tune it between the crossover amp and deck

does anyone know any tricks or have any advice on how to tune the subs properly
