Need help!!

I was trying to install led rope lights on my car and I had both wire inserted into the light socket and then I was messin with something and the wires touched then my deck shut off all my lights went off.. So I checked the fuses and I replaced the fuse that protected the interior lights and the radio and then my deck wouldn't turn on... I bought a new deck and everythings workin except for when I turn it up my amp clips out and everything shuts down... My deck shuts off and my amp shuts off then comes back on.. I have no idea what to doo!! If it helps I have a hifonics hfi 2000d and 2 15" l7's.
