need help?!

ok so starting yesterday my 2 subs started making cracking/popping noise only on certain bass notes...on other bass notes they play just fine..is this an amp problem or sub problem? i have 2 15" RF P3 on a Crunch 2000pzi

they could be close to being blown same problem with my friends rf 10 p1's they did the same thing untill eventually they wouldn't play at all without clicking and such, there was no distortion or clipping cuz we had the gain all the way down at this point when we tried to find the problem and it would still do it.

yeah they are probly blown take a multi meter to the coils and see what ohm they are reading

it ended up being my amp. Hooked my amp up to my friends 15 and nothing so i will order me a new one in the next coming days

I would still check those subs!!!!!!! A DMM is a digital multi meter (voltage/ohm/amp) tester. Set it to ohms and use the prongs to touch the speaker terminals and if they read around the same ohm load as their rating
