Need HELP!!!!

Ok Well i Changed out my sony cd player in my 2000 chevy malibu for a pioner cd player both of them ar just ur basic cd players......well now all the sudden when i start my car my ap starts to in and out. but only when thye car is startd........if i just turn over the ignition switch to acc i can play it as loud as i can its just when the car is actual on...........any one know why and how to fix this????
