Need help

These speakers are 75 watts RMS and i want to power it with that amplifer or the other one 60 watts rms each

what kind of wiring do i need? do i need just the skinny speak wire and a 8 gauge power wire or 4 gauge power wire and what for the ground? Also would i need a switch for the amplifier or is it always on and one more question would powering these speakers take more power from the battery then a subwoofer(mine is 325 watts rms)
