Need Help

Okay i need some help! my subwoofers (dual polk momo 10 inch) (ma audio 1889I) humms when it turns on, it humms, when you raise the volume, it hums, i touched it while it was humming at like 20 on my pioneer deck, and its like vreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee... Could i have messed up wiring the subs together in the box? could it be the rca on the deck? Because my rear speakers whine too lol... hey a 15 year old doin this shit with no money what do you expect! What do i do wise men
