Alright, I've been driving myself crazy trying to decide what subs to get for my truck. The box will give each sub about .65. I am going with 2 10s and they will be hooked up to a JL 500/1. I don't want to spend over $325-$350.

Please Help!!! I'm going nuts trying to decide, wanted to see what everyone else thought from experience.

Thanks in advance.

I really detest these kinds of threads.

Not trying to flame (after today's goings-on I'm in a mood //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif and you're the unlucky recipient of the result so I apologize in advance) but are you truly so lazy you can't do the research with a few mouse clicks and a bit to read?

You know the power you'll have available.

You know the enclosure space you'll have available.

You've pretty much decided what size drivers you want apparently....so go look around to see what model 10s fit your needs and then buy whichever of those choices you like best.

What someone else likes best may not be what sounds the greatest to your ear in your listening space.

Go do the legwork, lazy-ass. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Then come back after you've worked it out and tell us all about the ZOMGFREGGINBASS you've hooked yourself up with. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

well first in response to the first reply...stfu, i dont care. I have had JL forever and I am looking for something different, that is why I made the thread. I don't know all my options. I've listened to everything I can around here and it is not much, JL, Kicker, Rockford, crap like that. Its very mainstream here, so I thought I would ask some people that have experience with other equipment.

I did the same thing with my comp set I bought and I was happy with the results, so stfu and go get on someone else. If you don't like my thread, don't post, pretty simple.

I don't have the experience and I am asking for help. I know thats a real ***** thing to do.

awesome, great stuff so far....i had been thinking hard about the IDq 10s, Their RMS matches up great with my amp.

One thing, how would they compare with ed 11k.v3...i think thats the right number. I know they get a bad rap on here sometimes, but I was curious.

As it sits, I'm leaning IDQ, but the eD's would be about $80 less...unless someone knows someone to ask, other than woofersetc....They are about $160 a piece on there.
