need help

ok i have a pioneer premier deh-p480mp headunit and pioneer door speakers and 2 x audio tweeters hooked up.. all hooked up to the headunit. ok heres the problem the treble is low and it cuts in and out.. whats my problem? like a slight noise in the speakers when it cuts in and out..
