Possibly, just dont go crazy with gain and volume... Or if you are worried about it, just wire it at 8ohms and be done wit it.

oh when i wire it to the amp do i put one wire on the negative and positive of the same channel or one on each channel

a positve of one channel and a negative of the other channel. On the amps ive ever bridged there was a little line showing you which two to use.
