i have one 13 JL audio w7 wired in series which it brings it to 3 ohms. what im wanting to know is can i wire it in parallel bringing it to 0.75 ohms without over driving my amp which is a JL audio 1000/1. if so which one would be best overall series or parallel

IIRC the 1000/1 makes the same power at different ohm loads, so at 3 ohm you are runnin the same power as at 1 ohm, at less resistance. less resistance=less stress on amp

keep it @ 3 ohm
