I am wanting to buy a New System and I have no clue what to get.

JL AMP E1400D Mono Block Amp (Shown Below) For SUB

Budget is around 1K for two AMPs Cap and Subs.

You don't need a cap. Waste of money.

Go with 2 Soundsplinter RLp's in a sealed enclousure.

For a amp. Go for a hifonics amp, they nice cheap power.
