Need Help

I am looking to to run 2 Orion 2500d's in a 2001 Tahoe. I am planning to get an alternator upgrade to 250-300 amps and have two Optima yellows plus an optima red under the hood the big three has been done. My SUV only has power windows and locks would I need anyhting else to supply the right amount of voltage to my amps? Or would that get the job done because i am wanting to maintain 12.5V at idle while bumping my system.

Yup, that should run those amps just fine, I would go with the biggest alt you can afford (300A if that happens to be it), because those amps can draw some massive current.
