I feel retarded but I'm so confused on how this works. It says it is 2 channel but how do I do it? I just want to use it on my Clarion DPX11551 for my sub and on down the road maybe add it to my Alpine PDX150.2 for my comps. But I'm confused as to how it needs to be connected to my deck then to my amp. Do I need a Y-Splitter? I feel stupid I just don't quite understand how this is supposed to work.

2 channel meaning left and right One amp set up

4 channel meaning 2 sets of left and right. 2 amp set up

You could use a Y spliter for the 22 but I dont know how you have your deck set up, Sub amp off sub out?

Yes the sub amp is from the sub pre-out on the deck. So what I do is Plug the coax into the left side of the line driver (the Left and Right Input) and then the output goes to the sub amp (Left and Right Output) is that correct? But It has 2 voltage changing things? Gah I'm confused!! I only want it on my sub amp honestly.

Then just hook it up to your sub out from your deck, both left and right RCA's from the Sub line out to the Line driver, Then from the line driver hook up the left and right RCA's to the sub amp.

My 22 I had to take the top off to adjust the left and right gain settings after you do that and get it were you want it its a done deal.

Ok so let me get this straight. I will buy another RCA cable and use it between the sub out on the deck to the Input on the line driver and then the output on the line driver to the input on my amp correct? Why would I want to adjust the left setting since its coming from the deck? Wouldn't I only want to adjust the right gain setting since its going to my amp?

just looked at a picture of one. you are over thinking this.

rca's from HU SUB preout to the IN of the linedriver. then rcas from the OUT on the line driver into amp.... done deal.
