Need help with TA with Pioneer HU.

Hi All,

Owns a Pioneer 8600 (or 860 in US).

Anyway, how do you guys set the time alignment?

Im running it in Network mode.

Should we set the position to the driver's side when setting the alignment?

Or should we disable it? Or to the passenger's side?

When measuring the difference in length, can we measure it using a measuring tape?

i did the same thing that JAZN said around a month ago, and it was totally worth it. before i broke out measuring tape, everytime i would go down the road i would fumble with the TA and it would seem like everything would shift to the right side of the car. but i haven't touch the TA after breaking out the tape measurer. only took me around 5-7 mins.

Got it. Just tried it out. Excellent.

Anyway, how or what can be done/set/adjusted to make the soundstage sounds bigger and wider(out of the A pillar)?

I am running active. And my sub is in the boot. What should the setting be for my sub?

Im assuming this would work in standard mode, as well?

Just measure the distance and set the time alignment to the measurement?
