Need help with Polk Comps

OK, Im a newb when it comes to this stuff so I need help from the fellow audio guro's. I have looked online for installation help and instructions but no help. I have not dealt with crossovers that had 2 seperate inputs on each one. I drew up a concept of what I have and I want to know if its correct. If not please correct it on my first picture that I have also made.

Btw - Here is what Im running.

Amp is 300/4 JL Audio

Front Comps are Polk Momo 6500's

Rear Coaxials are Polk Momo 650's

no only run one channel per xover

i tihnk the in goes in the woofer input

you only hook both the tweet and woofer up if you are bi=amping them and then u have to run 2 channels to each crossover

So I should to the switch to single and run only wires to the sub in and then my sub out and tweet out will both play?
