Need Help with Orion Ported Box Design

I have a pair of Orion HP dual 2 ohm 12" subs that I have had forever and now decided to put in my daily. Its a 2 door jimmy, and since I have the room would like to go ported. I have never built a ported box and referred to the Orion website where they suggest 1.35 cu. at 40hz. Just seems a little high on the tuning so I am wondering if any one has any suggestions?

I would follow the recommended specs and go from there. Usually they aren't far off from the sound you're looking for. Shoot me a PM if you need a design.
