need help with my system !!

i've got a headunit w/o preouts for a sub, the bass level on the deck is OFF, and the gains on the sub amp are all the way down, but thebass is ridiculous even at very low volume, any suggestions on what i need to do ??

check your filters and maybe your bass boost if your amp have one.
