need help with my dd m1a

well, after a LONG install, i finally got the box biult and installed today. after getting it in and hooking it up, i was sorely disappointed when i got no output from my sub //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif i checked and double checked all the wiring, its all fine, reads 1.0 on my dmm. so i naturally wondered if it could be the amp. the amp powers up fine, no protect light or anything. im wondering what i need to do to next to help pinpoint the problem. i even tried hooking my ipod up to the inputs to get sounds, no luck :-\

ok, just went back and tried the ipod again, and it plays fine through my ipod now, i guess the first time i forgot to have the volume up or something, so it has to be something with the HU that isnt right. i have an alpine 9835, the sub is at +15 and in the menu the sub is turned on, any other options?
