Need help with dmm

Ok so Ive been running my sub/amp for a couple months now, but I think the sub can take alot more rms than it is now, I set it kinda low so I wouldn't mess the sub up. And my friend just got me this dmm for free, and I need some help workin it ... here are some pics...

^ what do I set the knob to?? the top right 200 ??

^ and into which holes should I plug the +/- into ???

Com and V for holes im pretty sure, polarity might not matter.

Set it to AC(the black rubber button) and to the 200 on the dial in the V section.

Go to http://www.subwoofertools.com to get your target voltage.
