Need Help With Component Tweeters

I have a set of MB Quart PVM216 6.5 components,I was cranking them up the other day and took out one of my tweeters.The woofer still plays but the tweeter seems to be shot.

I can not find the tweeters for the set on sale anywhere, so can I buy another set of tweeters and use them with the MB Quart crossovers and woofers or are they matched,and if i can use another set do they just need to be the same ohms ?

Also i was wondering if i can just use the woofers and cross overs and leave the tweeters unconnected?
