Need help with an Orion 15" H2

I will be getting my 15" Orion H2 in a few days and I need to build an enclosure for it. I have plenty of space for whatever I want to do but I would like your opinions on what to build and how big to build it. I will be running a hifonics 1606d at 2ohms to it for the time being. I came up with a design but I want to make sure it will work ok. I want to put the sub in the top of the box though, will that be ok? Here is the design

Also would it make a difference on how I mount the sub as far as basket in the box or out of the box?

i would use the bracing it comes with to mount it, those *****es are heavy!

That's cool I'll just mount it with the cone facing out then.
