Hi guys, new to the forum.looking for help as I want to order and amp and sub in the next few days.
I have classic vw beetle and i would like to add a sub and amp.
What I want is something clean that sounds better than a factory car stereo.
This is what I have right now
Sony mex5000 hu

Speakers 6x9
Kicker 40CS6934 6"x9" 3-way car speakers at Crutchfield.com
6.5 speakers

These is what I want but I'm not sure if this would work with my current speakers and the sub I want. I don't understand ohm's or anything like that but 8 know thints needs to match the 2 or 4 ohm's and so thing else I belive plus needs to have the power to move everything. I just don't know that part. I know how to install but don't know that technical parts.
Sub 8" as I just want to feel some bass, a bit more than usual and would like to be able to install it under the seat.

Amp 5 channel

Or would it be better to go with 2? Just trying to keep everything simple and small as the space is limited in these cars.
And an equallizer
Clarion EQS746 1/2 DIN Graphic Equalizer with Built-in Crossover:Amazon:Car Electronics.
What do u guys think or recommend. I don't have much space and née to try to keep it simple. Would like a shallow sub and 10" max as I'm not looking to brame the glass, just to have and extra bit of bass. Trying to go with products with good reviews and that's why I'm picking what I'm posting because they have excellent reviews.
I believe my speakers are 4 ohm's and the sub is 2 ohm's and I'm not sure if that amp will work as that is the part I don't understand plus the rms thing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
