need help with a recon project....

i recently snagged some very old school 10" kicker comp for a very reasonable price. hell, the triple 10 box they came in is worth more than what i paid.

so here is my situation...

1 sub has detached from the spider

the 2 other subs spiders are very sloppy and loose

all 3 subs foam surrounds are cracked, detiorating, etc...

obviously, kicker doesnt make recone kits for the round subs, let alone one from 1996.

so what i am looking for is a GENERIC recone kit for these subs. i dont care that i can get a new sub for $45 at best buy. i would like to try to recone them for nastolgic reasons and for practice.

i have contacted kicker, local speaker repair shops, and a couple places online without much help.

what i would like to do is just locate ANY recone kit with similar specs as these subs.

so here are the measurements on the sub that was separated from the spider....

foam surround (edge to edge) = 9" (plus 1/2" on each side for mounting), total ~10"

spider (edge to edge) = 6"

total depth (top of surround to bottom of voice coil) = 4"

depth of spider (from top of SURROUND to spider) = 2.5"

depth of spider (from top of CONE to spider = 2.25"

depth of spider (from spider to bottom of voice coil) = 1.5"

voice coil size = 2" (single)

voice coil winding (from bottom of voice coil to top of winding) = 1"

any recommendation would be AWESOME!!!!! something that is pretty close to these specs would be awesome.

again, i am NOT buying a new sub, i want the experience (if possible) of reconing these myself.

need exact measurments, pole od top plate id...

vc = 2.03"

pole od = 1.97"

top plate id = 2.09"

taken with a micrometer, however the basket has not been separated, so this is as close as i can get for the top plate id and pole od, but i am pretty confident in those measurements.
