Need help with 2016 Honda Civic coupe touring model

I have a Honda Civic coupe 2016 touring model and they claim it has a 450watt system but to me the sound *****?

I'm interested in adding a five channel amp to the factory speakers then see how it sounds the after that change the speakers and add sub....?

But my question is do you think the amp will make a difference to the factory speakers sound??
