need help w/2001 nissan pathfinder

need to replace stereo and seperate cd changer in 2001 pathfinder. never did this before and can't figure out how to remove old units. can't find way to remove dash area or find any access points. anybody got a clue??? also any recommendations as to what to replace unit with. thanks. mikey.
